Embark on a journey of sparkling wines from around the world—discover how they’re crafted, the best ways to store them, the thrill of opening a bottle with a sabre, and more… all while sipping as you learn!

Presented by V. Mertz and vinNEBRASKA and taught by Advanced Sommelier Matthew Brown, this 90-minute course will prepare you to wow your friends and elevate your experience with new knowledge and appreciation for the world’s most celebrated sparkling wines.
