This is an invitation only event with tables reserved specifically for vinNEBRASKA’s most generous corporate sponsors and supporters. Occasionally one of these reserved tables will become available. If you wish to be put on the waiting list for a table that may become available, please complete the form below.

How do I reserve a table for the Vintner Reception & Gourmet Dinner?

The Friday night Vintner Reception and Gourmet dinner is only available at the sponsorship levels listed here. Individual tickets are not available. If you wish to sponsor and attend the Friday night event, please complete and submit the form and we’ll contact you.

Where can I purchase individual tickets to attend this event?

Individual tickets are only available for the Saturday night event through BidPal. Tickets must be purchased no later than three days in advance of the event.  However, we recommend purchasing as far in advance as possible, as the event will sell out.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No. Tickets must be purchased at least three days in advance on BidPal.

What forms of payment will be acceptable at the event?

Credit card is the preferred method of payment in order to expedite your check-out process. Upon check-in, you will be asked to keep a credit card on file that will coordinate with our online mobile bidding software. This will make your check-in and bidding process speedier and more accessible. However, check, credit card, or cash are all acceptable forms of payment upon check-out.

Why do I need my driver’s license or photo id?

In order to comply with Nebraska State liquor laws. This is a 21 and older only event.

How early can I check-in for the Public Wine Tasting and Grand Auction?

Check in will begin at 4:45 and doors will open at 5:00. You may purchase mystery wines while waiting to enter, while supplies last.

Will there be food at the Saturday Public Wine Tasting and Grand Auction offering?

New in 2022, a sit-down dinner will be served at the conclusion of the wine tasting in lieu of hors d’oeuvres during the tasting. The Grand Auction will take place in conjunction with the dinner. You are encouraged to join in with the bidding.

Will I be able to purchase mystery wine through mobile bidding?

Yes! Mystery wines are purchased for a fixed price at the event through the mobile website, while supplies last. When you register you will have an account created with your credit card securely attached to the account.

Will I be able to bid on silent auction items prior to the event?

You will be able to preview and bid on the Saturday auction items approximately one week before the event. You must be pre-registered to preview/bid. All table/ticket purchasers will be emailed a link to pre-register when the bidding goes live.

Can I take an opened bottle of wine home with me from the Grand Auction event?

Leaving the event premises with an open bottle of wine is strictly prohibited, in order to comply with all venue and liquor commission regulations.

Is parking available at the event?

The Marriott Downtown at The Capitol District offers limited valet parking and self-park garage at their posted prices and are subject to change.
