How do I reserve a table for the Vintner Reception & Gourmet Dinner?
This is an invitation only event with tables reserved specifically for vinNEBRASKA’s most generous corporate sponsors and supporters. Occasionally one of these reserved tables will become available. If you wish to be put on the waiting list for a table that may become available, please complete the form below.

What is the appropriate attire for each night of the event?
For the Friday Vintner Reception & Gourmet Dinner, the appropriate dress is cocktail attire, (Gentlemen, coat and tie; ladies, cocktail dress or pant suit).

For the Saturday Public Wine Tasting and Grand Auction, the appropriate attire is business casual, (Gentlemen, slacks and a collared shirt; ladies, dress or any combination of separates are appropriate.)

What forms of payment will be acceptable at the event?
Credit card is the preferred method of payment in order to expedite your check-out process. Upon check-in you will be asked to keep a credit card on file that will coordinate with our online mobile bidding software, BidPal. BidPal will make your check-in and bidding process speedier and more accessible. However, check, credit card or cash are all acceptable forms of payment upon check-out.
Why do I need my driver’s license or photo id?
In order to comply with Nebraska State liquor laws. This is a 21 and older only event.

Will there be food at the Saturday Public Wine Tasting and Grand Auction offering?
A variety of heavy appetizers will be available to snack on while tasting wines, however guests should not depend on these hors d’oeuvres for a full meal.
How early can I check-in for the Public Wine Tasting and Grand Auction?
Attendees WILL NOT be able to check in prior to 5 p.m. unless they are volunteering at the event.
Will I be able to purchase mystery wine through mobile bidding?
Yes! You may purchase Mystery Wine with cash, check, or credit card at the event.
Will I be able to bid on silent auction items prior to the event?
You will be able to preview and bid on the Saturday auction items approximately one week before the event. You must be pre-registered to preview/bid. All table/ticket purchasers will be emailed a link to pre-register when the bidding goes live.
Can I take an opened bottle of wine home with me from the Grand Auction event.
On Saturday leaving the event premises with an open bottle of wine is strictly prohibited, in order to comply with all venue and liquor commission regulations.
